Kayla, thank you for our week in paradise - don't change a thing - you have a truely unique and charming place that is more than comfortable and especially friendly. We traveled up and down Gulf Blvd. during our stay and did not find a place as inviting and wonderful as Sand Vista. We are home just two days and miss ya'll so much we are figuring out when we'll be able to return.

We have found Sand Vista to be the perfect place. We stay there now everytime we make a trip to Florida. It is clean, convenient to the beach, and the rooms are great. The staff is friendly and treat their guests as friends. They always go one step farther than they have to make sure your visit is exactly what you want it to be. During a family crisis, they made sure we had the rooms that we needed when we needed them. Their motto of "Come as a guest; leave as a friend" is so true. If you need a friendly place to stay, this is the place to go.

Sand Vista has retained the charm of the 'old style' Floridian Hotels I remember from my childhood. The owners are so accommodating and friendly. We've made friends lounging by the pool, fishing on the dock, and the impromptu campfires out back. You may arrive as a Guest, but you will definitely leave as a Friend!

My Bulldogges and I stayed with you just one night back about 3 weeks ago. We might be back in town again soon and if we are we would like to stay with you again. We liked your cute little place.

This is the best motel I have stayed since I've been coming down to the gulf side. I just love the owners Kayla and Eileen they are my new best friends along with Lexie. I can't wait to stay there again. See you soon. Bella Ann Heinis

Great little place! Super clean and the people are so friendly. It's wonderful that it's pet friendly. The pool is better than some big "chain" hotels. I can't wait to come back.

We came here and FOUND " paradise".. Stayed the 3 months of winter, 1st time ever, to be close to family.. FOUND another family that we will always consider them PART of ours!!!
